And if the look feels a little familiar, there’s some fashion history behind the inspiration.

Back in the 1950s, Marilyn Monroe famously posed in a fitted potato-sack dress reportedly after a columnist criticized her for looking cheap/vulgar in a revealing red dress and suggested she'd look better in a potato sack and somehow managed to make burlap look glamorous. Because apparently when you're Marilyn, even agricultural packaging can have a red-carpet moment.

We’re not promising Marilyn-level results here.

That seems like an unreasonable amount of pressure to put on a shoe. 😂

Clean with warm water and a small amount of dish soap. For stubborn spots, gently scrub with a soft-bristled brush. No need to soak the entire shoe.

** Although the printing company is located in North Carolina, these shoes are printed, cut, and handcrafted in China. I've searched extensively for a U.S.-based manufacturer that could match this level of quality, durability, and vibrant printing, but haven't found one yet. Every pair is carefully made, and I'm proud to stand behind the craftsmanship and quality of every shoe I sell.
